• While visiting our website your computer sends non-identifying information to our server so that it knows what to serve you. These information include which browser you use and which page you want to view. This data cannot be linked in any way to you personally. We are using only statistical information about all users who were visiting our site over a given period of time (for example one month) to improve our operations. For example we might optimize the viewing experience of our website for a certain browser if we find that e.g. 80% of all visitors use it.
• We gather statistical information about which pages on our website are most interesting for our customers. We are only interested in the total numbers of visits and no attempt is made to link any data to a any particular visitor.
• If you click on a button within Flashcard Learner to come to our website, Flashcard Learner will tell the server certain information to help you get what you need. The data sent includes the version of the software you are using, if the software is registered or not and which button was pressed.
• When you send us an e-mail we will be using your address for the sole purpose of answering your request, in the event a reply is needed. For example if you ask a question in the contact form or submit a suggestion we will answer you to the e-mail address you provided. Also if you need your registration code resent we will send it to you through e-mail. We are always happy to receive interesting uses for our software or any compliments. They will be answered with a personal thank you e-mail.
• We will never spam you. We hate spam. If you sign up for our newsletter we will tell you how much e-mail you will get. We will never sell or disclose your e-mail address. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
• When you buy software from us all the billing information such as credit card number and your address details are handled by our e-commerce provider PayPal.
  PayPal is a large and trustworthy company with millions of users. PayPal keeps your information safe and informs us only that you made a purchase. The only information we receive from PayPal is your name and e-mail address. We need this information to verify that you are a customer in case that you need your registration key resent or need technical support.
